Sophie is originally from Rhode Island, where she grew up loving the beach in every season. She also spent many summers in New Hampshire where she developed an appreciation for the mountains. Sophie earned a B.A. in Marketing and Sociology from the University of Mary Washington before moving to Colorado, where she taught preschool and later served as the Marketing Manager for a nonprofit focused on public lands stewardship and education. She is excited to bring her experience in nonprofit marketing, youth programming, and donor and volunteer engagement to her role as the Communications & Events Director. Outside work, Sophie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their dog.
