WildQuest Camp 2022: Important Information

Please take note of important updates and changes for the 2022 WildQuest Camp Season.

New Registration System:

Registration for WildQuest Camps in 2022 is on a new platform supported by Active.com. We think you will find it to be a straightforward and intuitive platform. As with any new ‘system’, we may experience some unforeseen challenges as registrations begin to come in. Please know that Prescott Farm staff and the support team at Active.com will help resolve your issues and questions as quickly as we can. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting your WildQuest Campers back on site very soon!

Updated Deposit, Scholarship & Cancellation Policy:

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due upon registration. If your family is applying for financial assistance and unable to pay the $100 deposit required at registration, please contact our main office at (603)366-5695 so we can work with you to make other arrangements.

If you must cancel your child’s camp registration, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. If you cancel more than 20 business days (4 weeks) before the program start date, you will be refunded the fees you have paid, minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 20 business days before the program start date; or in the case of “no shows,” late arrivals, or early withdrawals for any reason; or for camp dismissals due to misconduct (please see the behavior management policy for more details).

Summer Construction On Site:

Prescott Farm is thrilled to be expanding our campus in 2022. The projects we have underway will allow us to meet our mission of connecting people to the natural world and greatly increase the size, scope and impact of our programs for years to come. During the Summer of 2022, WildQuest Camp Families should know that construction will be happening during the camp season. Some of these improvements include:

  • Improvements to the driveway and parking lot. In early weeks of the Camp season, parking will remain the same as in previous years – in the ‘upper lot’ adjacent to the Samuel P. Pardoe Building. Camp families will be notified each week about any changes to parking that may occur as the parking lot project moves forward.
  •  The addition of restroom facilities and a classroom adjacent to the barn
  • The addition of an “Innovation Center” (classroom, teaching kitchen, and workshop space) adjacent to the Learning Garden
  • Expansion and improvement of our solar array

During construction, camp programs will take place as scheduled/planned but you will notice construction vehicles, equipment, and workers. The safety of our campers and staff is our highest priority and we will work closely with our construction management company to ensure that everyone on our property remains safe. At the same time, while underway, the construction process may prove exciting and interesting to some of our campers and may provide opportunities to learn about and discuss different topics related to science, math, and even history!
