Honey is an incredible, natural sweetener with many health benefits over other sweeteners. In this workshop, participants will learn the benefits of using honey and the different varieties. Participants will then take honey from Prescott Farm's beehives and infuse it with fragrant herbs and spices, as well as make some creamed honey to take home.

The firework shows may be ending, but nature provides its very own light show. Join us for this special evening program where we will explore the cool qualities of these critters. As dusk approaches and we conclude the program, stay for a few minutes to observe the fireflies as they emerge.

Learn to bake your own from scratch using a sourdough starter! We'll discuss how to start and keep a sourdough culture alive and use it to make breads and many other baked goodies, including a loaf of bread to finish at home and biscuits that use the sourdough discard to enjoy at the end of the class. You will also go home with some sourdough starter to continue your sourdough baking journey.
