Summer Garden-to-Table Programs

Summer Garden-to-Table Programs

Harvest, Forage, Feast

Join us on Friday mornings in the summer for our hands-on program where kids harvest fresh herbs & vegetables from the garden, forage for wild plants, and prepare seasonal treats in the kitchen! Learn how to safely identify, harvest, and use local wild edibles. Prepare a simple dish using ingredients we’ve harvested, and become empowered to connect the dots from plant to plate.

Get ready for a fresh culinary adventure each week! We’ll transform the garden’s bounty and wild foraged finds into exciting new dishes.
