The New Hampshire Mushroom Company will guide you along our trails on a search for wild mushrooms. Collect, identify, and learn the distinguishing features of different species. Great for those that are interested in foraging but want reassurance as you get started.

As we approach the end of the gardening season, its time to harvest and store anything that remains of the garden's bounty. Join us in learning first-hand the steps involved in canning. Each participant will take home a jar of canned fruit and a jar of tomato sauce for winter enjoyment.
Registration closes the day before this class begins. Please call for availability for same day registration.

Learn how to safely make your very own soap using the cold process. We will cover the basics of soapmaking using the cold process which results in a smoother finish using natural materials to add colors to the soaps. Each participant will take home about 10 bars of seasonally scented soap to enjoy after curing.
