Prescott Farm Environmental Education Center hosts Master Herbalist, Melissa Morrison of Dragonfly Botanicals as she conducts “Exploring Herbal Medicines & Craft Series.” The series comprised of four individual programs, each with its own unique focus within the realm of natural herbal medicines, began in August and goes through to mid-November. The overview of the program is designed to “foray into the wild and tame world of herbs in this very fun and educational class series… (where) students will learn how to identify herb medicine plants of the fields & forests; how to harvest and use the herbs in preparation for pleasure and medicine. Come to learn, enjoy the seasons and play with the herbs!”
